I am trying to make myself read more and watch TV less. So from time to time I might throw a mention on here to a book 
I am enjoying. Currently I am about half-way through “A Salty Piece of Land” by Jimmy Buffet.
Which a a good rousing tale of adventure across the Caribbean and beyond. All kinds of interesting characters, places and adventures. It is a continuation of the stories he started in “Tales from Margaritaville” and having also read his travelogue / biography “A Pirate Looks at Fifty” I can see where some of his story line come from.
I have always been a lighthouse fan and lighthouses seem to be a pivotal role in this one. There is something about his writing style and descriptive narration that makes you feel like you are there with the characters.
